Good evening beautiful people,
These last couple of weeks have been great. I’m still on the right track, yet I still feel as if something is missing. I’m still trying to figure out what that is. I started running again, getting in more steps per week and also sleeping better. I also cut down my sugar by over half, and my body feels great. I am going to get some sweets on my birthday vacation, but I will balance it out with plenty of hiking. I still didn’t find a race to join, I’m working on that.
My discipline has returned, my portion sizes are great, and I’m excited to see my nutritionist soon. I actually miss her, but since I’m doing well we decided to push my appointments to every two months. The only goals I have is to continue with light weights and do some walking and running intervals.
Remember: Discipline will carry you places motivation can’t and you are your ONLY competition.
