Dr. Brian L. Carroll

Dr. Brian L. Carroll is a minister, educator, author, and transformational coach with more than three decades of leadership, ministry, and training experience. He is the founder of Legacy School of Equipping Bible College and is recognized for his commitment to developing servant leaders through biblically grounded teaching, spiritual formation, and practical ministry training.

Dr. Carroll’s work is centered on discipleship, prophetic studies, leadership development, and personal transformation. He is passionate about equipping individuals to grow in biblical understanding, spiritual maturity, and Kingdom identity while cultivating wholeness in spirit, soul, and body. His approach to ministry and coaching is rooted in the conviction that lasting transformation begins internally, through renewed thinking, spiritual development, emotional healing, and the courage to confront fear, rejection, and limiting beliefs.

 A gifted teacher and mentor, Dr. Carroll is known for communicating biblical truth with clarity, depth, and practical relevance. His ministry experience spans evangelism, helps ministry, praise and worship, discipleship, leadership development, prophetic ministry training, and the development of prophetic teams. He has a particular passion for restoring biblical integrity to prophetic ministry by helping believers understand spiritual gifts, dreams, visions, and the voice of God within scriptural boundaries and sound doctrine.

As founder of Legacy School of Equipping Bible College, Dr. Carroll is building an educational and spiritual training environment designed to strengthen both character and competence. His vision is to raise biblically grounded, spiritually mature, and practically equipped leaders who are prepared to serve effectively in ministry, leadership, and the marketplace for the glory of God. Through Legacy School, he is committed to cultivating servant leaders who combine theological depth, spiritual sensitivity, and practical wisdom.

 Dr. Carroll’s ability to serve people holistically is strengthened by a multidisciplinary educational and professional background. He holds a Doctor of Theology (Th.D.), Master of Divinity (M.Div.), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), and a Diploma in Psychology. He is also a Certified Professional Career and Life Coach, a Certified Human Rights Consultant through the U.S. Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights, and holds an Online Communication Media Certification. This diverse foundation enables him to integrate biblical truth, leadership development, psychology-informed coaching, communication, and transformational principles in a way that is both spiritually sound and practically effective.

In addition to his teaching and coaching work, Dr. Carroll is an author and thought leader whose writing explores themes such as prophetic ministry, discipleship, identity, transformation, leadership, and spiritual growth. His work reflects a deep commitment to helping people think biblically, live intentionally, and walk confidently in their God-given purpose.
