Week 7!! Rysse modifies her training for improved results!!!!

Good Afternoon Beautiful People,

I just want to start by saying that I'm finally back on track lol. After my last blog post I decided that I was not going to lift heavy weights at this time. I want to find someone who specializes in my particular medical condition, but I will continue with my cardio. Last week I exceeded my goals and I'm very proud of myself. My focus was 100,000 steps and 150 zone minutes. This week I'm doing 80,000 steps and the same amount of zone minutes (maybe even more), because I'm still training for a race. Next week I want to add some light weights into my training regiment.

I'm reminding myself to "move" or "restful move" (no zone minutes, but still get my steps in). However, this Sunday I'll be RESTING in my bed and bing watching Manifest Season 4 lol. 

Remember to move, rest, and be patient with yourselves.
