Good Morning Beautiful People,
This update will be short and sweet. I gained two pounds, which was expected because me doing whatever I wanted on my vacation. However, I did work out while on vacation because I didn't want to gain too much. All of my vacations are over right now and it's strictly back to fitness for the rest of the year. I did get some medical news informing me that my body is not like others. I'm going to have to work a little harder and stay on low carbs, which I'm okay with because I appreciate feeling great every day.
I plan on going until my body tells me "hey, I'm tired" (like it usually does) lol. I also plan on switching things up a little. I'm going to do the gym two days a week and use the rest of the week to train for my next 10K. I'm not sure if I'll be doing a race in November or December, but I'm doing another before this year is out.
Remember don't let obstacle rocks block your fitness path, instead just change your route.
