Week 3!! Rysse gets comfortable falling into Winter!

Good Afternoon Beautiful People,

These last couple of weeks were good. I ate, rested, and ate some more. This was the week where I truly focused on the gym. My gym goal is currently three times a week. I know it will increase as it gets colder, but for now, I'm working on discipline and that's actually going to the gym when I really want to be outside walking and running. I think after my vacation I will do more cardio outside before it gets too cold for me. I did start back on my sweets and chips. I know I can't do this and rest, but I did. So, I'm not surprised by the weight gain. I told myself to get back focused, start back training for my next 10K, go to the gym three times a week, and (most importantly) don't rest and get lazy for two seasons. "This is a lifestyle change, so act like it". 

I also stopped drinking sodas and stopped buying the fall-flavor coffee creamers. I'm not going to lie, giving up those fall-flavor creamers at home was tough. I used to measure the creamer, but then I just started pouring to get that taste I wanted lol. So, the creamer had to go. I told myself I'll treat myself when I'm out, but I can't bring it home to consume every day. I learned small steps lead to big changes and that saying "no" sometimes is your best friend. 

Remember to SHOW UP FOR YOU, don't rest in seasons like me lol, rest only a day or two...
