Week 26! Rysse enjoys family time and some treats

Good Afternoon Beautiful People,

I just want to start off by saying that I missed you guys. Last weekend I was celebrating my daughter’s "Sweet 16" in New York, and I was wondering if I should have brought my scale on the plane with me lol. But, I needed that family time and the break, so my mind was like "girl be quiet and enjoy yourself". As many of you know, I made it to twenty four days with no sugar and two months of drinking only water. I had some rice pudding in New York and also some New York chocolate when I returned home. I did recently have coffee and it was delicious lol. I also started back with my seamoss smoothies because they helped with my sugar cravings before. So far so good on that end. I plan on eating the rest of that New York chocolate after I return home from my race next Sunday.

Last week I took it slow because of my break the week before last. I only trained a little for my 10k and I didn't go to the gym. This week I plan on training more and going to the gym at least twice. I want to be done with my training and the gym by Friday morning, so I can rest before my race on Sunday. As this journey is coming to an end I hope that y'all will join me on my Fall and Winter journey. I don't have of all the details yet, but my mission is the same: to help myself while inspiring others.
