Week 23! Rysse is taking on a new challenge
Good Afternoon Beautiful People,
How are y'all doing? I'm not going to lie, I'm SUGARPRESSED (depressed from no sugar). I think my body knows that Sundays are my sugar cheat days and she’s mad lol. I was having coffee cravings, but they are under control right now. I'm still going strong with my water and my body feels great. I didn't complete every goal last week, but hopefully this week I do.
I plan on going to the gym at least three times a week and training for my first ever 10k at least three times as well. I started today with the training for my 10k and I completed 5.5 miles alternating between running and walking intervals. I just walked the entire time back. So in all that's 11 miles for today, which is a record for me. I'M SO PROUD OF ME. Other than that, I'm just watching my carbs. I have been craving chips and macaroni and cheese. I did eat some Lo mein last night and it was DELICIOUS.
I'm also in need of seamoss because my body felt extremely good, so I need to get back on it. Well, until next week, I hope everyone is doing well on their journeys and crushing their goals.
