Week 22! Rysse starting August off on track!
Good Afternoon Beautiful People,
I hope everyone is doing well on their journeys. This update will be short, yet sweet. I'm back on the right track and I decided to do no coffee, sugar-free sodas, or any other drinks besides water for the month of August. I also decided to do no sweets and chips for thirty days and that started on August 3rd. I completed every goal last week except for the hip-hop class. I decided to hit the gym instead. The next couple of weeks is going to be a little tough because I have to figure out a balance with so much going on in this thing called LIFE. I still plan on hitting the gym, maybe one hip hop class, and some running and walking intervals. The goal is to exercise for five days and rest for two days.
Y'all pray for me as I pray for myself because last week kicked my butt, but I'm proud of myself for not giving up after I had an "I'm just gone give up moment". I pushed through it and didn't give up on myself, yet just went for a nice walk to clear my head. So, this week remember to NOT GIVE UP ON YOU, but take a step back to rest and reset your mind.
