Week 21! Rysse is back after a hiatus with a status update!

Good Evening Beautiful People,

 I hope all is well with everyone. I feel it's been a long time since I’ve given y'all an update lol. Well, let's jump right in. The week before last I worked both jobs and just took that week off from everything. That led to me eating almost anything I wanted. I really didn't exercise, but on that Sunday that I weighed in. I think I probably gained three to five pounds. I'm probably exaggerating, but I wanted to give y'all a clear picture of how much I ate. So, let's fast forward to last week. Last week I met every goal and I'm back on track. I'm going to keep the same goals of the gym and hiking/walking. Oh, I didn't do the hip-hop step class, but I plan on attending it this week. I also plan on doing some walking and running intervals. I didn't meet my 215 goal this week, but hopefully next month I'll get there. 

My menstrual cycle is on this week and I'm fighting all types of cravings, but I only plan on cheating today. So y'all HELP ME this week because I need it. I'm a little discouraged as well because I could have done better this month. I'm not going to beat myself up about it, but I wanted to be transparent on how I'm feeling. I'm still going to cheat today though . I know I was talking about ACCEPTANCE, but I'm not accepting that for myself lol.

Well, I'm going to push for next month to hit that "215". I'm also still drinking water and my LAST DAY is today. I'm thinking about going another month because my body feels really good and I'm not craving any types of drinks. Well, I want some wine lol.....but I can wait. Lately I’ve only been wanting coffee when I see someone else drinking it. I'm proud of myself for making it the entire month of July.

I'm going back to "ACCEPTANCE" because I truly need it this week. I also plan on writing in my God Journal about everything fitness this week. My thought is: if I write to Him about it then it might help because He'll be my accountability partner (since my accountability partners and I text each other). I'm feeling weak y'all and I need that extra.

ACCEPTANCE, IMPROVEMENT, and PROUD are the words for the week. I'm going to accept what is, improve where I can, and be proud of myself for coming this far.
