Week 19! Rysse's updates and motivation
Good Afternoon Beautiful People,
All I can say is last week was AWESOME. I'm back on track and crushed every goal. The water challenge had me a little on edge, but I'm better now lol. This week I plan on keeping the same goal of two days this week with the gym and more hiking/walking. I also plan on continuing with the hip hop step class.......oh did I mention today is a SUGAR DATE and I'm getting some ice cream, gloooooooooooorrrayyyyyyy. My sugar spirit is cheesing right now lol.
So, I usually don't put a number on how much weight I want to lose, because I'm not in a rush. But this month I want to push myself more. I'm hoping for five more pounds (215). I know it's doable, and maybe that means more time in the gym. I'm not sure, but I'm about to find out lol.
I'm proud of myself for coming this far and can't thank y'all enough for the ongoing encouragement. Please continue to pray for me as I pray for myself on this journey.
Remember to rest because this is not a microwave quick fix
