Week 15! Rysse with motivation and updates on her Journey to 36!
Good Afternoon Beautiful People,
I hope everyone is doing well....last week was amazing, yet a rough week. I exceeded in my hiking, but not the gym. I also attended more hip-hop step classes and still enjoying them so far.
Last week was rough because I had very bad sugar cravings because of my menstrual, which I fought and won every last one I got myself some chocolate mousse cake in the freezer though lol, but I think I'm going to continue to save it for later. I'm still behind on my sea moss and need to reach out to my contact.
This week, I plan on hitting the gym, going to the hip hop class, hike, and resting the weekend. I noticed I'm not resting well and want to work on that.
And WOW.... y'all's encouragement has been very helpful in this journey and last week I really needed it. So, thank you to everyone for the text, Facebook messages, and in-person encouragement.
I'll continue to push and hope y'all are as well....we got this.
