Week 13: 30+ lbs lost as Rysse and the ladies journey to 36!
Good Afternoon Everyone,
This blog entry will be very short and sweet. I accomplished my gym and hiking goals and am proud of myself. Last week has been tough, but it looks like I'm headed back in the right direction. This week I plan on lifting heavy and more because I feel like I'm slacking in that area. I still didn't get my sea moss, but hopefully, this week because laaawd them sugar cravings came back with vengeance and I acted on one and had a McFlurry. Y'all just pray for me as I'm praying for myself lol.
Also, while I was in the gym last week, a young lady invited me to a hip-hop class. I know I don't do well in classes and can't dance, but I'm going to check it out. Other than that, I pray y'all have a safe Memorial Day Weekend.
