Good Afternoon Everyone,

Last week was a very rough week, so in all honesty, I didn't work out and ate mostly junk, and had two sugar dates. Between my menstrual and my personal life I allowed myself to "just be whatever at that moment". That included eating whatever, drinking whatever, and not working out. I didn't encourage myself or push myself, and my mental break won. I have no plans this week, just to start to get back on track.

I'm learning it's okay not to be okay and to take breaks, just don't live there.

Main goal- motivated to exercise and eat better. I want to start this journey because I want to be healthy. I don’t want to develop any health conditions that run in my family plus I want to feel and look beautiful beyond how my heart feels. I want to be in shape and I want a lifestyle change. I also want my confidence back after a very bad toxic relationship. I know I can get that with my weight goals being my focus physically and also build my relationship spiritually with God. I just want to be whole. Grateful for
