Week 9: New Month, Same Goal as we journey to 36!
Good Afternoon Everyone,
Last week has been AMAZING in spite of me being sick twice lol. My asthma kicked in because of smoke inhalation and I had a Frappe (not my sugar date)...I'm thinking because of the milk. I usually would have had Chick-Fil-A Cookies and Cream milkshake every week, but I only indulge when I'm going to get a Pedi, and for some reason, I switched it to a Starbucks Frappe. So, I guess the milk and all that sugar were fighting in my stomach and making me nauseous. I'm well now, thank God
Okay to the good stuff lol. I got more than enough sleep, went to the gym twice, and walked twice as well. I didn't meet my goal of the gym three times last week but going for the same goal this week. I ordered my Sea Moss Gel and smoothies because I was OUT. I'm kind of disappointed in myself because of the yoga and I have to get on that soon.
I know y'all probably like how was last week AMAZING and you were sick most of it lol. Well, my body felt good (light, not sluggish), I wasn't craving sweets, and I had a small lemonade with the sugar and didn't get a refill... GLLLLLLLLLLOOOORRRRAAAAAYYYYYYY So, I'm proud of myself for portion control and saying to me myself "you don't need that".
As I mentioned before, my goal this week is three times at the gym, a 6-9 mile hike, and work on some ab exercises at home.....but for today, I plan on watching movies, eating popcorn, and sipping on a zero sugar cold one (soda).
