Week 3: Journey to 36

Good Afternoon Beautiful People


This is going to be short and sweet Lol.

This week has been AMAZING all around. I accomplished all my workout goals and had NO SUGAR CRAVINGS. But most importantly, I'm not eating to fill my emotions and that's the true accomplishment for me this past week. Also, my Food Therapist appointment went well, but she did have a concern with me losing over five pounds within a week, so we upped my calorie intake with healthy carbs (eeeewwww). I'm definitely not a fan of healthy carbs, because let's be real doughnuts and pasta taste better, yet I know the importance of carbs when it comes to health. This week I want to focus on weight lifting more, so I'm going to the gym 3-4 times, with some cardio, and adding some yoga.

I told y'all, short and sweet...lol. I just pray my discipline and excitement continue, because this past week lifted my fitness and health spirits, and I'm beyond GRATEFUL.
