Dionne “DG” Griffin-McGee, DG McGee Enterprises
Transformational Leader. Change agent. Thought guru. Author. Dionne Griffin McGee brings her insane energy and compelling empathy for those in leadership to her speaking, writing, and coaching roles. Her career, built on more than 20 years of corporate life, has included in excess of a decade in the executive suite. What she’s learned there has been both painful and powerful. Those experiences have given her a special heart for those growing into leadership and have led her to a new identity—Coach Dee.
Today, Dionne shares her hard-won wisdom to help individuals believe beyond their boundaries. Despite the challenges, late-night study, the demands of parenting while building a career, and countless setbacks, Dionne worked her way into leadership, eventually earning her place in the executive suite, where her innovative and visionary talents garnered greater revenue and success for her employers. It was in that same executive suite that she discovered the next season for her own growth and her dreams took on a new shape. Drawing on a wealth of life and work experiences, Dionne has developed a keen understanding of the power of leadership. She has made it her goal to embrace and engender that power in others.
To that end, her first book was released in 2019 “Finding Your ROAR”. She has had the good fortune to travel the country to inspire thousands to chase after their dreams and goals and not settle for the status quo. Her fresh tactics rekindle hope and spark restoration. Dionne has brought her insane energy and fierce personality to her own company, DG McGee Enterprises (DGME). Being a seasoned executive, certified Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Six Sigma (Practitioner), Dionne has a voice curtailed to ignite a room and champion a company. DGME modifies the way individuals think by encouraging them to believe in what seems impossible, just as she did for herself.
Through dynamic sessions of listening and learning, building cherished relationships, and participating in phenomenal instruction, clients will learn to live a harmonious life that exceeds expectations and embraces excellence. She earned her Bachelor of Science (B.S) from North Carolina Wesleyan, Rocky Mount NC. She is married to Corey McGee Sr., (Firefighter) and they have two beautiful children
Nathaniel J. Brown, This-Functional Life and Wellness
Nathaniel Brown is the founder of This-Functional Life and Wellness. A personal development brand geared towards teaching and leading others into a new perspective. Practicing what he calls "Perspective Coaching", he is able to actively listen to your story and show you how to see it differently, so that you gain access to the secrets and lessons within your experiences.
After 30 years of dealing with anger, mistrust, hurt, betrayal, insecurity and mis-identity, he has taken his own advice and dug deep into his childhood traumas. Nathaniel discovered that most of his interpersonal and relational issues stemmed from his un-addressed pain of abuse and an inappropriate sexual encounter with a family member at 8yrs old. Nathaniel then started doing the deep work. The work of shifting his perspective. The work of being truthful about his pain. The work of reintegrating the child into the man.

J. Dwayne Garnett, Altar and Dwelling Place, Inc.
J. Dwayne Garnett is a Reflective Thinking Facilitator and Love Advocate, who is a native of Augusta, Georgia. He is a graduate of Benedict College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Therapeutic Recreation and minors in Community Recreation and Music Education. Among his list of educational credentials, he also has a Master of Arts Degree in Health Services Administration from Webster University.
As a youth, Garnett developed an affinity with words. This entanglement of attraction grew from a mere infatuation to an obsession, spawning an incubator of protection, interest, and tranquility from a world of crime, violence, drugs, and immorality. He believes words are phenomenal; with music they become song; with rhythm they become poetry; collectively or individually they make statements that portray, provoke, and induce life. Most importantly, he believes that words are an outlet and the canvas of positive creative expression.
He experienced a life inundated with negative stereotypes and unconstructive growth, thus he sought out a means to channel the pessimism he incurred. He found this outlet performing with Creative Impressions, a performance group of distinction. There, at the age of 14, he became a motivational speaker and poet as well as a singer, dancer, and actor. He believes his entire experience was subscripted with words and largely saved his life! Now, he is ready to share the power of words to save others who have been plagued with negativity, looseness, and cancellations of dreams, hope, and/or life.
His affinity grew from the love of Spoken Word to that of the Living Word; which led Garnett to obtain his credentials as a licensed and ordained Pastor. In addition to ministry, Garnett has nearly 20 years of experience in Higher Education and is committed to motivating and mentoring individuals of all ages to obtain and sustain effective life management skills, as well as provide services for troubled and/or “at-risk” youth. A continuation of this desire led to the creation of Altar and Dwelling Place Inc., a nonprofit that promotes character, Social, Leadership Development, and the home of the "Love Is A Parable" initiative. This initiative is designed to provide love education, love advocacy, and love wellness, with an attempt to encourage others to perpetuate love through random acts of kindness.
Garnett is the author of “Ephphatha, Love Is A Parable Reflection Manual: Open to Love” and "Random Thoughts". His civic and professional involvement includes memberships with Toastmasters, Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated, Alpha Kappa Mu and Alpha Chi Honor Societies. J. Dwayne Garnett resides in Raleigh-Durham, NC area where he enjoys during his free time learning, reading, writing, and music. He is joyously married and is the proud father of two daughters. His motto is “everyone has the ability to experience change in a single thought.”
