Good evening beautiful people,
These last couple of weeks were good, yet also stressful. Dealing with personal issues and staying on track with fitness can be difficult. I pushed through, prayed a lot, and cried. I know some things are out of my control, but my actions are my own. I wanted to indulge in sugar and give up, but I told myself “you came too far to let a couple of bad days determine your future. Pray, rest, and stay focused”.
My only goals right now are to not give up, plan more hikes, and watch what I intake. I already have four hikes planned for the year, but would like to explore more. I also want to do at least two smaller races, because I love them. There is a concern with my specialist, but I’ll find out more about what I can do with my fitness at my next appointment. In the meantime, please keep me in your fitness prayers.
Remember: Don’t get caught up in anything that you have no control over, control your actions, and focus on what you can do.
