Week 11!! Rysse keeps pushing through!!

Good Afternoon Beautiful People,
I just want to say I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. Thank you to everyone who's participating in the challenge and everyone that reads this blog. Yet, after much thought, I think this will be my last challenge. After this challenge, I want to focus on other areas in my life and take a break from social media to connect with myself again (aside from fitness).
These last couple of weeks were draining. I didn't want to walk, run, or pick up weights. However, I pushed myself to complete my goals. I did race in the Raleigh Turkey Trot and I'm very proud of myself, even though I didn't meet the time that I allotted for myself. I hope these next couple of weeks are different and my fitness spirit cheers up some.
I keep telling myself "you have to keep pushing", yet also telling myself "you're tired and that's okay". It's like I'm learning balance all over again and it's leaving me wanting to quit and give in to warmfort, but I'm not. The final self-to-self conversation is yelling "I WILL FINISH THIS CHALLENGE".
The plan for the next couple of weeks is almost the same: 60,000-70,000 steps, light weights, low carb, and 150 zone minutes.
Remember, rest is just as important as fitness. Listen to your body, and don't give up.
