New Month and Week 5: Journey to 36

Good Afternoon Everyone

Well, well, well, that scale hurt my feelings this morning. I wanted to be in my feelings and throw a pity party with myself but I said, 'Rysse you better give God some praise and continue your hike this morning;" and, that's exactly what I did. I didn't focus on what I did wrong or give myself time to dwell on the scale, because MY BODY FEEL GOOD. Honestly, I don't see a real change in my photos, but I know sometimes I can be hard on myself and I'm working on that. But, let's get to the good part, last week I crushed all my goals and also did some classes with Burn Boot Camp. This week I'm going to continue my weights with cardio, yoga, hiking, and try more Burn Boot Camp classes.

I'm proud of myself though because last week I was around soooooo… many sweets and I declined them every time (no taste for them whatsoever)! I guess my discipline with sugar is improving. I did dab in those carbs (Fries, Chips, etc) because I wanted something salty and gave in to my cravings. Moving forward, I'll try to stick to my popcorn if those cravings come again ......

On another note, I'm also proud of Breona for crushing her goals last month and I pray God continues to give us strength while on this journey.
