Week 1: Journey to 36!

Hello Everyone,
Today is the start of “Journey to 36”. This year, I plan on losing 36 pounds, to celebrate another year God has blessed me with. 36 pounds sounds durable, right? But with that I know it takes discipline, which I did not have over the past five months or so. Whelp, that came with me gaining weight, being ashamed of myself, depressed, and wanting to give up. But, I know every day is a FRESH START and I came too far to give up on my health. I'm not a fan of the scale, but unfortunately, it's needed for this journey, so I will be updating my weight weekly. My goal is to be very transparent and vulnerable because we sometimes feel like "it's just me" and while I'm helping myself, I would love to inspire anyone who is feeling the same way. LET’S GO!!!!
