LIAP Partners with Organizations in
Rebranding and Restructuring Efforts

Love Is A Parable continues to be dedicated to its vision of bringing people together, through love by partnering with community members and organizations that see the value in togetherness and humaneness.  Being more intentional and distinct with our mission, Love Is A Parable has begun its rebranding and restructuring initiatives in an effort to impact more positive change and to provide easier access to our content and curriculum.  As we wrap up Phase One, let us take a moment to get to know a few of our partners!

Mizghund Productions

Mohammad Sadat, affectionally known as Mizghund, his Gamertag in the Halo days of Xbox Live. He is a Creative Director based out of San Diego, CA + Raleigh, NC.  His creative work, a keen eye for detail, and beauty are his signature staple with his visuals.

He uses his photographs and films to capture a sense of lingering nostalgia and genuine appreciation for everyday life. With his clients, he attempts to provide exactly what is described, leaving his work to be embraced as a sentiment or thought.

He aims to capture visuals that leave one speechless and creatively caught in the experience. This is reiterated through his concept of believing that the beauty of creativity lies in its inherent ability to transcend the barriers in communication by highlighting elements of the world around us.  Find out more about Mizghund and his work at mizghund.com

 Angie Staheli, Playwright and Director.

Local History Theatre has been Angie’s passion for the past decade and a half as she has written and directed historical fiction plays and musicals which have been performed in Texas, Pennsylvania, Utah (at the General Conference Theatre in Salt Lake City), Washington, North Carolina, and other locations across the country.

With degrees in Theatre and Sociology, Angie is passionate about creating works that can help bring a community together. After writing and directing the first iteration of the sold-out Finding Patience – The Story of Holly Springs in 2017, she was so touched by the cast, crew, and the audience members’ connection to the stories in the play, that she wanted to share the power and potential impact of Local History Theatre on a broader scale.

In 2018, Angie had the honor of giving a TEDx Talk at Duke University entitled Local History Theatre: Empowering Places and Growing Economies, where she compared moving to a new town to starting to read a book in the middle of the story. Much like a book, to truly understand and appreciate a place, we must look to its beginning chapters. Understanding the history of a place connects us to it and provides a sense of belonging.
