Week 10: Happy Mother's Day as we journey to 36!

Good Afternoon Everyone,

Last week I didn't meet my goals at the gym. So, I think I'm going to take my Food Therapist's suggestion, with two days at the gym, and hiking...JUST MOVE. I push myself for three days at the gym, but always end up hiking instead of that third day, because I enjoy it more. So, this week I'm going to the gym twice and hiking twice and see how that works for me.

I did try a burger this week and my body was not in agreeance with me. So, I'm thinking I need someplace that specializes in burgers and not grab one from a fast-food restaurant. I also tried sweet potato fries and LOVE THEM. Does anyone know of a burger restaurant with sweet potato fries in Durham or Raleigh? Let me know, so I can go on my next burger craving.

I found out I love pineapples before the gym or hiking. I feel full, and energized, and don't crave sugar right after hiking or the gym. So, I'm excited my body found its favorite natural pre-workout because I was the Subway sub queen pre or post-strength training or hiking. Other than that everything is the same. I'm still drinking plenty of water, taking my sea moss, and getting much sleep.
