Week 12: Making more positive strides as we journey to 36!

Good Afternoon Everyone,

Last week was another lazy week. I didn't go overboard with eating, but I didn't push myself either. I was feeling better at the end of the week and as of now, I'm back on track. I do want to hit the gym twice, hike twice, and drink a gallon of water a day. I actually did a 5.5 hike this morning, so one more to go lol. I'm also out of sea moss and need to restock this week. Pray for me because sometimes it gets hard and that's part of the reason for this blog. I want to show everyone the good, bad, and the ugly. We may stumble sometimes and that's okay, just try your best not to give up on yourself. Let's encourage each other.
